Shaunica Johnson was raised in New York, NY, and New Jersey. At the age of 16, she made the life-changing decision to give her life to Christ at Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C. in South Toms River, NJ, where her spiritual journey began to flourish.

 

Shaunica continued her spiritual growth by attending 5 Fold Ministry School at Destiny Training Academy led by Dr. Faith Wokoma, where she was encouraged to step into the fullness of her calling. With a deep passion for Kingdom growth and mindset, she is committed to raising up a generation that follows Jesus Christ wholeheartedly and remains loyal to Him above all else—this being the foundation of her teaching. Under the leadership of Pastor Jason Knight at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Shaunica coaches individuals and leaders to rebuild organizations, families, and personal gifts in order to strengthen, realign, revive, and restore Kingdom purpose.

 

Academically, Shaunica holds both an Associate and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute, as well as a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University.

 

In unity with her husband, Slater Johnson, she is committed to raising their four children as Godly offspring and equipping them to walk boldly in their God-given purposes. Shaunica strives to remain close to the heart of God, live by His rhema word, and be His loyal, enduring voice—edifying, encouraging, and comforting all whom she encounters.
